Delivery Time

Delivery times can vary depending on your location. We endeavour to dispatch your product as quickly as possible and in most cases, this happens within 24 hrs, however our policy is to have your item dispatched with 3 business days.

Carriers

We use a range of courier services to deliver your items. Please note that standard postage can take up to 2-14 days to arrive once dispatched. We do offer postage rates for express delivery if you require your item sooner. Please refer to our postage calculator and be sure to choose an express service when checking out if you require your item sooner.

Out Of Stock

Occasionally we may have items on this site that are out of stock. If you purchase an item that is out of stock your order will be immediately placed on backorder and you will be notified of delivery time. In most cases the delay is only the time needed for us to receive stock from our suppliers, however if the items delivery time frame falls outside your needs, we will happily refund your purchase .
